I must say that I am very impressed with your site! I took up the hobby of photographing outhouses just about two years ago. Imagine my
surprise when I found out that there are more of us out there. I have a
small collection of digital photos that I would be proud to have on
display on your site if you would like. All of the pictures that I have
are from Salem County in New Jersey, a very rural area indeed. I also
build 1/12 scale "dollhouse size" outhouses that I sell along with
dollhouses that I build. The first Outhouse shown above is at Alloway / Aldine Road in Alloway, NJ. The second Outhouse shown above is at the Alloway Baptist Church, Alloway NJ. This one just screams humor with it sitting in a cemetary. The third Outhouse shown above is located on Avis Mill Road in Pilesgrove, NJ. It is one of two W.P.A. outhouses that I have found. The last Outhouse above is at Smith's Dairy Farm in Aldine, NJ. This one has knob and tubing wiring in it! In the full picture, the insulators are visable on the side roof! | |
