This is me on top of Pike's Peak enjoying the lack of air and the view!

Hello....My Name is John and I live in the Midwest.

    Work
  •    I am a UNIX System Administrator / Program Manager and work with Sun's, Macintosh's and all kinds of PC's. I am currently working as a Technical Liaison for several companies in the Midwest.

    Rest, Relaxation and Hobbies
My hobbies include Web Page Design and Web Site Development, Flying (I have my Commercial / Instrument tickets), Ham Radio (I am an Extra Class), Photography, Computers, Home-Brewing and much more!
If you think you might be interested in brewing your own beer, I created a very good tutorial complete with pictures of every step along the way. You can view the home brewing tutorial by clicking HERE.
I am also an avid University of Michigan football enthusiast and love to watch them play football whenever I can. You'll find me in the Meeeechigan Stadium at every home game. Well, enough of that.
    On with the show...

The Outhouses of America Store

So many people have been asking for places to buy Outhouse related items, I just had to open our Outhouses of America web site store with our first item. It is one of the best books I've seen on the History of Outhouses. It is called "Hidden Assets; Stories Behind the Throne" and it is a great hard-cover book. The book is available right here in limited quantities and will not be found for sale anywhere else on the web or beyond. You can read all about the book and the author here. You can easily add the book to your shopping cart and all transactions are conducted on a Secure Server and encrypted so your information is protected for all others. Your ordering information WILL NOT BE SOLD OR SHARED WITH OTHERS. We protect and respect your Privacy!

Little League Baseball Championship Season In 1996 I managed a Little League baseball team and we had a great season. We ended up being the 1996 AAA Division Champions! The season got off to a late start due to SNOW in April! Hey; I know it's not 1996 anymore but this was the last team I managed and it meant a lot to me so that's why I continue to leave it on my site. If you would like to see what our schedule was and learn more about my team, as well as scores from our games, etc. please choose this link.

Lost River Trout - Why is this here?
Interested in the best Trout source in the world?
Lost River is run by some relatives of ours and we visited them while on vacation. I was so impressed by their Trout and techniques, I promised to put a link to them on my home page.
They will be happy to talk to you if you ask for Dick.
